workshop format, signs of a healthy church, what steps we can take towards being healthier.

In preparation for our upcoming ReVive! weekend, The Rev. Canon Mark Eldredge has asked us to take a church assessment. This will help him help us!
We have had great response but could use more input from the under 40s.
For him to have time to prepare, could you take the assessment before Monday, April 25th.
